While I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Coach and will share interventions I use within my practice, this course is meant to get you started on your empowerment journey. It is not meant to replace the hard work you're doing with your own therapist, rather to be used along side it.

If you think you meet the criteria of Postpartum Depression (PPD) or Postpartum Anxiety (PPA) reach out to your healthcare provider and mental health professional for support as you go through this course.
